Get To Know Me!

Hello! My name is Natalie Veras, and I’ve been an active personal trainer since 2010.

About Me:   I believe that everyone, regardless of age or present physical condition deserves to feel vibrant and enjoy the freedom of movement.  I design lessons to meet the specific needs of each of my clients, ensuring that they get maximum benefit from our time together, at each stage of their personal development.

I have an extensive knowledge of fitness technique, and have been an avid runner for many years.

Volunteering Enthusiast: I deeply enjoy opportunities to volunteer in my community. I’ve participated at the Trigator for Kids in Elmira for three years running, and am also volunteering to host a morning bootcamp session (6:30 a.m. on  June 19, 20, and 21) for the delegates of the fourth Canadian Obesity Student Meeting ( at St Paul’s University College on UW campus.

Community Involvement: In collaboration with the Williamsburg Community Association, we’re taking registration for a “Learn to Run” group in June.  To find out more and sign to up, please visit their website at

I also presently teach senior fitness classes “Gentle Exercise Facilitator” through the CSC Meals on Wheels organization.
